The Chartered Institution of Wastes Management creates campaign to inspire ‘A World Beyond Waste’

The Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM) has collaborated with Content With Purpose (CWP) to launch a digital campaign titled ‘A World Beyond Waste’. Designed to accentuate the crucial role of the waste and resources management sector in championing circularity and safeguarding global resources for forthcoming generations, the initiative was previewed at the RWM Exhibition on 13 September, with its official unveiling set for 19 September.

Set against the backdrop of the Decade of Action aiming for sustainable solutions, this campaign will delve into the strides made in innovation, technology, and policies supporting a zero-waste society. With a range of content mediums, from podcasts to documentaries, the series commends trailblazing organisations and individuals championing sustainable practices, and features insights from industry experts and influencers. Sarah Poulter, CEO of CIWM, expressed enthusiasm for the series, believing it will drive further progress in waste management, while Max Smith, Founder of CWP, acknowledged the sector’s potential for transformative change and the inspiration drawn from industry leaders.
