From September 22-26, eleven students of the University of Gastronomic Studies will be with a food truck at Terra Madre Salone del Gusto, in Turin.
Cookers, bakers, butchers, sommelier, students, all gastronomes, they will prepare many dishes with meat and fish, like kebab, fish and chips and much more. All the meals will be prepared with fresh and high quality products, with a regard to culinary specialities from foreign countries.
The students have decided to use only biodegradable and compostable materials, which are good to enrich the compost portion of rubbish, to give back to earth what earth is giving us!
