Fruit and vegetable bags made from Mater-Bi bioplastic combine technical performance with greater sustainability, thanks also to their biodegradability and compostability properties.

The use of Mater-Bi fruit and vegetable bags does not end with carrying groceries, as they can also be reused for the collection of organic waste. This second life fully enhances their functionality and aligns with their compostable end-of-life.

Mater-Bi fruit and vegetable bags are compostable in industrial facilities, with complete biodegradation within approximately 6 months, in compliance with EN 13432 (as well as ISO 17088).
